directly with individual owners and property
managers. We also have a property management
division called San Diego Beach Rentals both of
which are divisions of Pidgeon Enterprises, Inc.

vacation rental properties throughout San Diego's
most popular locations. What sets us apart is our
state of the art real-time reservation system
created with the customer in mind. This second to
none user friendly system allows our guests to not
only view photos, maps and amenities but it also
allows you to check rates, availability and make
real - time reservations online 24 hours a day 7
days a week.
Our portfolio consist of over 200 individually owned
vacation rentals located from Downtown to Oceanside
with a majority of our locations in Mission Bay,
Mission Beach, Pacific Beach and La Jolla. We offer
fully furnished units ranging from studios to 6
bedrooms.
